Flat-rate pricing applies exclusively to our core service areas within ZIP code 37043 (Exit 8, Rossview, Kirkwood, and Sango). Properties located outside of this zone are subject to custom distance-based pricing.

Residential Properties
Our flat rates apply to residential properties with standard grades safe for routine mower operation and accessible gates. Yards featuring steep hills, severe inclines, major terracing, narrow gates, or extreme overgrowth will receive a custom quote before work begins. No surprises, just honest communication.
Commercial Properties
Commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties require a custom site assessment and are not covered by our standard residential rates. Please contact us directly for a commercial maintenance proposal.
